Ashma Mix - Ingredients

Chinese Lobelia - Lobelia chinensis : Bronchiodilator

Elecampane – Inula helenium : Anti asthmatic , expectorant , used for bronchitis, inflammation of the respiratory tract ,respiratory catarrh, tuberculosis and whooping cough.

Euphorbia – Euphobia hirta : Anti asthmatic

Grindelia – Grindelia camporum : Anti Asthmatic, expectorant, clears bronchial catarrh

Gingko – Gingko biloba : Anti asthmatic , antispasmodic, contains a MAOI. 

Heart Leaf – Houttuynia cordata : Anti Tuberculosis

Pepperweed – Lepedium apelatum : Anti asthmatic , expectorant, sedative in asthma and bronchitis

Stemona – Stemona tuberosa : Anti Tussive , demulcent to the lungs

Sundew – Drosera rotundifolia : Anti tussive , expectorant

Wild Cherry Bark – Prunus serotina : Anti tussive

NB. Do not use if taking  SSRI’s or anti-depressants.
