Uses
Lemongrass makes a great face wash to assist with acne. It is a delicous additive to summer drinks and goes well with iced water, lemon verbenna, lemon juice and peppermint. Aids in digestion, improves appetite and is great to clear flatulence.It also helps to calm you when you are a little stressed. Lemongrasss essential oil is used as an insec repellant. It is cooling so reduces excesspitta in the system.
